• Emflux provides 2 years standard warranty on the motor from the date of purchase and you can avail additional warranty upon product registration on the website. Extra warranty will be 1 year for Halcyon BreezeMaster series.
• Accessories like canopies, down rod, shackle kits, and blades are not covered in the warranty.
• The remote control is covered by a 6 months warranty.
• The warranty cover is only provided in INDIA for the time being.
• In case the motor fails during the duration of the warranty, Emflux will bear the cost for repair or replacement.
• Decision on replacement or repair shall be taken by Emflux at its own discretion.
• To avail of the repair or replacement service, customers should safely store the motor in its original packaging or any equivalent packaging until the new replacement is received. Once the new product is delivered, hand over the old motor to the courier. Emflux will handle the pickup of the old product
• The remaining period of warranty after the warranty claim remains in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty of the original purchase. The period also includes the time taken for transit and repair or replacement.

    Warranty does not cover the following circumstances.

  Improper installation, neglect, accident, misuse, natural disaster, an act of god, exposure to extreme heat or humidity, or modification to the original part will be excluded from warranty coverage.

• Change in the finish, pitting, and rusting due to change in climate condition is not covered.
• The warranty is void if proof of purchase is not provided.
• The warranty does not cover parts that are prone to wear or are considered consumable for example battery and plastic parts.
• Emflux is not liable for any service delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, industrial strikes, transportation embargoes, accidents, earthquakes, lock-down, any state of emergency, or inability to procure material.
